Q: How do I track my shipment?

A tracking number from USPS will be emailed to you, which will let you track your package, from start to finish.

IMPORTANT:

 USPS will be leaving your plants at your door. It is very important that your plants do not sit for a long period of time in the box, no matter the weather condition. If left outside in heat/cold the plant can become permanently damaged. It is crucial to make sure your plant(s) is taken out of the box once received. 

Q: When will the plants be shipped?

You should receive your plants within 7-15 days. Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. If your order is placed on Monday, it will not be shipped out until the following Monday etc. Sunday is the cutoff day for shipping the same week. Orders placed after Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. 

Q: What if the plants die /defective /destroyed or damaged (or the wrong item) during the shipment?

Please let us know within 48 hours of you receiving your shipment if there is anything wrong: defective, destroyed etc. You must send a picture of the plant(s) and details to hamiltonfruit@gmail.com to be reviewed. After review, we will ship you a new plant within the next 15-30 days or issue a refund. Per your request. Return shipping will be paid by the customer and free shipping will be decided after reviewing of all details.
