Store Policy
Hamilton's Fruit Tree Nursery & More guarantees all plants to arrive in good condition. Any claim (issue or condition) must be made on the invoice at the time of receiving the plants. Any shortage claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the material. All claims must be promptly documented in writing along with pictures. Claims that are not documented will not be honored. Once the material is accepted in good condition, Hamilton's Fruit Tree Nursery & More cannot be held responsible for improper handling, maintenance, planting, damage, or issue thereafter. Hamilton's Fruit Tree Nursery & More guarantee is limited to the cost of the plant received. Upon receiving this material, the customer has acknowledged, agreed, and accepted the above conditions.

For contract growing please email or call for placing orders and to receive the estimated time of readiness.
Wholesale
Nurseries/Landscape companies do have the option to view trees/plants before purchasing either via phone or setting up a time to view at the nursery. Please call or email to set up a time to view it. Once ordering, pickup is available at our location, with a scheduled time. The delivery fee will be based on the amount is ordered and location.
